I like this song !
I don't put 5 stars because the lead at 1:16 doesn't fit very well.
I also think this is not DnB

And fair enough; I can see why you'd think the lead doesn't fit. It IS a pretty artificial sound in a track that mostly makes use of organic elements. The main idea behind it was to emulate the lead that the original had; this is only a cover after all.
And while DnB might be what this is, Newgrounds unfortunately doesn't have a genre that (I think) fits better, so I'll take what I can get, lol.

I totally agree with TaintedLogic. The melodies are dancing and the vocal chops add originality. This is a good song for a good cause !

I really like it. I love the basses that you used. And the track is not repetitive. This is amazing.
